This series seeks to teach children and enhance the linguistic skills of non-Arabic speakers. The following are some of its main objectives:

1. To endear the Arabic language to students and enable them to understand its meanings when listening.
2. To enable students to read Arabic aloud correctly and comprehend what they are reading.
3. To enrich students with strong linguistic resources so they can form correct Arabic sentences.
4. To familiarize students with the features of Arabic and Islamic culture.
5. To enable students to study other subjects in Arabic.
6. To help students recite the Holy Qur’an, understand its meanings, and perform Islamic rituals in Arabic.

This series relies on five main foundations:

1. Psychological foundations.
2. Linguistic foundations.
3. Cultural foundations.
4. Educational foundations.
5. Social foundations.

Students will develop linguistic skills in the following order:

2. Speaking
3. Reading
4. Writing

Listening and Speaking Skills
Teaching listening and speaking aims to:

1. Familiarize students with Arabic sounds.
2. Make students aware of changes in meaning caused by changes in tone within a sentence.
3. Enable students to imitate the teacher’s speech.
4. Help students understand what they hear.
5. Develop the ability to listen attentively to Arabic conversations.
6. Enable students to speak Arabic fluently and naturally.

Reading Skill
The reading skill is taught progressively according to what educational specialists call the Synthesis Method, which benefits from the following approaches:

1. The total method.
2. The partial method.
3. The combined method.
4. The analytical method.
5. The phonetic method.

Writing Skill
The writing skill in this series is taught through direct dictation, which incorporates different dictation methods:

1. Guided dictation.
2. Visual dictation.
3. Auditory dictation.
4. Practice dictation.

Time Plan
The books in this series are designed as school textbooks. Each lesson is based on a 45-minute class period, which we consider one study hour. The number of days required to complete the book may increase or decrease depending on the number of class hours allocated per day. 

Language Used in Teaching
The teacher is required to speak, explain, analyze, and discuss using formal, fluent Arabic. The use of any intermediary language is not permitted.
