Price Match Guarantee
How does it work?
We'll match the product prices of any valid competitors. Please call us at 1-888-442-5687 or email us at info@noorart.com to request a price match. You need to list the items you want to order and submit a proof of competitor's price from their current ad, their website or an official quotation from them.
If, after ordering from Noorart, you find a better pricing within 10 days, we promise to offer you this rate with an additional 5% discount of the best price you got.
Our Price Match Guarantee works on the total price of the order, including shipping & handling (provided they are using same shipping method), all discounts, taxes and gifts. Noorart has the right to verify their prices.
The following conditions apply:
- Our Price Match Guarantee applies for school orders only.
- Our price match is not offered for all public and charter schools or non profit schools that are paid by school districts.
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover: Amazon or similar online stores, products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites, home businesses or part time businesses. We match only USA bookstores (including their online prices).
- We have the right to exclude any competitor or deal from the price match guarantee.
- Our products must be identical to competitor's products.
- If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if Noorart has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
- We have a set of products that are excluded from this protection.
- Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover: bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items.
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to: items purchased through shipping credit program or redeemed points, items purchased more than 10 days ago.
- Noorart does not allow a coupon/discount code to be used on a product that has a price match.
- Price Match does not apply to expired ads or pricing.

- Availability of items
