USA & Canadian Schools Promotion

Noorart is now taking our quality service to the next level. We're pleased to offer a new shipping program to our USA & Canadian schools!
Shipping costs to USA schools will be based on order value (retail prices before discount) as outlined below:
- Orders Below $500..........Actual* S&H Charges by FedEx/UPS
- $500 - $1000.....................12% of total order
- $1000+..............................10% of total order
Shipping costs to Canadian schools will be based on order value (retail prices before discount) as outlined below:
- Orders Below $3000..........Actual* S&H Charges by FedEx/UPS
- $3000+..............................12% of total order
Regardless of how much more FedEx/UPS/Trucking Company charges you for shipping, Noorart will pay the difference!
- If actual* S&H charges are less than promotional rates (10% or 12%), we will keep the actual/least S&H charges.
- Overseas Customers are still responsible for any taxes, duties and ROD/Advancement fees on their shipments.
- Noorart will decide how to ship orders (which carrier) to Canadian schools: FedEx International Economy or by Trucking Company (clearance charges are included).
