The Quran Kid’s Club Curriculum is an appropriate tool for advising children and raising them well. In Level 1, the verses of the Quran and sayings of the Prophet (s) form the basis of this book, and aid in fostering appropriate Islamic behavior, helping children learn and live by the Quran. Pictures and illustrations, appropriate to the child’s age, are used to assist in comprehension and memorization of the Quran verses. Moreover, simplified songs reinforce the accompanying verses, and at the end of each unit is a test to reaffirm the unit’s main purpose.
This book includes eighteen short Quran verses, making it easy for the child to memorize. The teacher can apply the lessons over the duration of a year, as they are separated into two books (one for each semester). We ask teachers to give this curriculum more weight in the application and testing process.
All praise is due to Allah (s) for our success in publishing the Quran Kid’s Club Curriculum Level 2, the follow up to Level 1. This book consists of 20 units starting with Surah al-Bayyinah and ending with Surah al-Naba'. All verses are covered except for Surah al-Qadr, which is available in the first level.
Each verse is divided into parts. The subject and the content are appropriate for children’s understanding. Various materials such as sayings of the Prophet (s), prayers, songs, and clarifying pictures are provided in each lesson. The child will quickly develop a familiarity with Quranic vocabulary, while being encouraged to practice a desired behavior or habit. These lessons will encourage our children to be leaders and to choose the right path, and assist teachers in applying their skills and experiences in a way that is academically and morally suitable.
After fine-tuning several editions of this curriculum according to the input and feedback received from teachers, parents, and specialists, we are confident this curriculum will be highly effective in meeting the educational needs of our children.
المستويان الأول والثاني:
الأطفال أمانة استرعانا الله تعالى عليها، ومن حفظ الأمانه النصح لهم، وإحسان تربيتهم وتنشئتهم، مما يعين على ذلك كتاب الله وسنة رسوله، صلى الله عليه وسلم، ولهذا تم اخراج هذا الكتاب ليتناسب ةقدراتهم ويلبي حاجاتهم وحاجات المعلمات وأولياء الأمور والمجتمع كذلك. اعتمد هذا الكتاب السورة القرآنية كأساس لمادة هذا الكتاب، وما يدور في فلك السورة من الآداب الإسلامية ةالأدعية النبوية لتوجيه الطفل إلى تعلم كتاب الله والعمل به.
ومراعاة لسن الطفل تم استخدام الرسم والصورة لإعانة الطفل على فهم مايقرأ، وإعانته كذلك على حفظ الآيات الكريمة. كما تم استخدام النشيد السهل الميسور لتعزيز الفهم، وتمكين المعرفة في ذاكرة الطفل، ثم ختم الدرس أو الوحدة بتقويم مناسب لتبيّن مدى تحقق أهداف الدرس. وجاء هذا الكتاب الأول ليضم ثماني عشرة سورة من قصار المفصّل مما يسهّل على الطفل حفظها من كتاب الله تعالى، وتقوم المعلمة بتنفيذها في سنة كاملة. ومن باب التسهيل على الأطفال جعل هذا الكتاب في جزأين، لكل فصل دراسي جزء. لذلك على المعلمات إيلاء هذا المنهاج مزيداً من الإهتمام عند التنفيذ والتقويم، وذلك بتوظيف الصور والرسومات توظيفاً تربوياً مناسباً لتحقيق الأهداف، وإبراز حروف الهجاء المبينة في الكتاب، كي يقيد المتعلمون الأطفال من هذه الحروف معرفة ونطقاً.
المستوى الثاني موافق لنسق المستوى الأول حيث شكّلت كل سورة وحدة، فجاء هذا الكتاب في عشرين وحدة بدءاً من سورة البينة وانتهاءً بسورة النبأ عدا سورة القدر التي ضمّت إلى المستوى الأول.
ولقد قسّمنا كل سورة إلى دروس روعي فيها وحدة الموضوع والحجم الملائم لاستيعاب الطفل، كما أردفنا كل سورة بمواد إثرائية متنوعة كالحديث الشريق والدعاء المأثور والأنشودة/ وزوّدنا كل درس بصور توضيحية تكسب الطفل معرفة بالمفردات القرآنية كما تكسبه تشجيعاً لسلوك مرض أو استحساناً لخلق حسن، وكلنا أمل أن تكون هذه الدروس مفتاحاً لأبواب الخير عند الطفل، حيث يقع على كاهل المعلمة العبء الأكبر في تقديمها للطفل سهلة ميسرة، وباستخدام مهارتها وخبراتها التي يجب أن توائم بين التعليم والتربية في آن. راجين أن تقوم المعلمة بأداء رسالتها تجاه الطفل على أكمل وجه، أداءً للأمانه، وخدمة لهذه الشريحة المهمة من المجتمع. يلبّي هذا المنهج، بناء على عدة آراء مستسقاه من المعلمات وأولياء الأمور، حاجات الطفل التربوية والتعليمية، والعمل مستمر للتطوير والوصول بهذا المنهج إلى أفضل الصور وأحسنها.
