Shipping to APO/FPO and prison addresses
To ship to a military address or a correctional facility, please clearly indicate in the order notes that the shipping address is either a military or correctional facility address.
We deliver to correctional facilities within the USA only, but strongly recommend contacting the prison in advance to confirm their acceptance of deliveries and to inquire about any specific regulations they may have. Some facilities permit only the delivery of paperback books and may restrict hardcover books and non-book items. Additionally, certain prisons may impose limits on the number of items allowed per package.
When placing orders to be sent to a correctional facility, please ensure you provide the following information:
- Prisoner Name
- Prisoner ID
- Prison Address
Please note that we are unable to affix any special labels or instructions to the packages. The exterior of the package will only display the recipient's name, destination address, and our company name. Gifts cannot be sent anonymously to inmates, and since inmates cannot sign for deliveries, packages must be sent via our standard shipping service. To avoid any potential delivery issues, we recommend shipping the items to yourself first and then shipping them to the penitentiary via our standard shipping service.
